Organizations may draw upon the services of management consultants for a number of reasons including gaining external (and presumably objective) advice and access to our specialised expertise.
- Conduct regular, standing meetings with customer executives and internal business partners.
- Support efforts related to recruiting, employee development and training.
- Develop, revise and update policies and procedures as necessary.
- Prepare and submit intake forms for new small business contacts.
- Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on a range of policies, agreements and processes.
- Work independently with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs in a collaborative approach.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned business unit(s), their goals, and key milestones.
- Render judgments and make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives.
- Recommend recovery strategies, options, and assist with the implementation of recovery solutions.
- Work with leaders to embed team structures, role clarity, goal alignment and other measures.
- Partner with leaders to develop people strategies to further their business objectives.
- Oversee annual and/or major gift activities to support strategic plan.
- Serve as first point of contact for customer relationship management.
- Identify efforts that will have the greatest strategic impact.
